Jennifer Willard, R.D.H. One surgical assistant: Kathleen Vale Receptionist: Michaela Ray Office manager: Shannon Rud-LeSarge The majority of this team has been on the team spanning 10-20 years. Shannon Rud LeSarge Shannon has worked in Periodontics here at Eastside Perio for 18 years. She if the office manager & takes great pride from helping to convert from paper ledgers in 1992 to fully computerized accounting in 1997 for Eastside Periodontics. Shannon enjoys getting to know patients and she takes great pride in the team at our office & the fact that she gets good feedback that patients are well cared for. Linda Walsh, RDH, BS Linda has 37 years, this year, of clinical experience in Peridontics, twenty of that here at Eastside Periodontics. She is also currently serving as faculty at the Pierce College Dental Hygiene Program & has taught & lectured in a variety of settings. Linda also spent nine years as the dental hygiene coordinator in Graduate Periodontics at the UW. She specializes in the latest periodontal treatment modalities here including perioscopy. Cheryl Anne Lundquist, RDH Cheryl Anne has worked in dentsitry since age 16 including working here at Eastside Periodontics as a dental assistant from 1998 to 2001, when she returned to school for dental hygiene. After finishing hygiene school, she came back to work here and has really enjoyed working at Eastside Periodontics. Cheryl Anne's goal is to educate & provide information so that her patients can improve their oral health, thus contributing to the general wellbeing. She most enjoys working with fearful patients & bringing them to a level of trust & security. Jodi Deming, RDH Since graduating from Pierce College in 1988, Jodi has worked 22 years mastering non-surgical periodontal therapy techniques & procedures. She in a national and international educator, clinician and lecturer, presenting over 150 lectures & workshops. Jodi is also an adjunctive faculty at USC, Department of Dental Hygiene & enjoys facilitating her patients' ability to achieve optimal oral health. Jennifer Willard, RDH Jenn has a dental assisting certificate from 1998 and a dental hygiene degree in 2008. She worked as an assistant for 10 years, including periodontal surgical assisting. Since 2008, she has been here at Eastside Periodontics. Jenn finds that peridontics provides a challenge unmatched in dentistry, feeling that her skills are pushed to the limit, using state-of-the-art equipment combined with cutting edge educational information to provide the ultimate periodontal care for her patients. Kathleen Vale, RDA Kathleen is one of the more recent additions to the staff here at Eastside Periodontics. She attended both Everett Community College & Skagit Valley College from 2007-2009. She really enjoys assisting and helping others feel better about their smile and trying to meet the daily challenges of a busy, surgical office. Michaela Ray Michaela is also a recent addition to our staff here at Eastside Periodontics. She is currently attending school at Bellevue College. She came to us with no previous experience in dentistry but the interaction that she has with so many people everyday is what she likes most about working here. Michaela also says it is very exciting to learn something totally new like she has here.
